Help with ads that are not inserts is offered freely. Prepared ads are best submitted via email as a pdf or via US Post (do not fold). Any ads submitted via US Post will be scanned and/or recreated and sized according to your specifications, however no guarantee is given for the quality of scanned ads, nor is any guarantee given that the U.S. Post will deliver in a timely fashion.
Any ads of a size not listed below will be quoted separately. Please call or email with your needs.

2010 Deadlines/Publication Dates
Deadline for submission of prepared ads is 7 days prior to publication date, unless previously arranged. For free help with ad design, please allow a minimum of two weeks prior to publication date.
